CA Practice vs Job

 

CA PRACTICE VS CA JOB - WHICH ONE IS BETTER?

          CA has two option - (a) Start practice as a Chartered Accountant with certificate of practice or (b) apply job in any industry as Accounts office/Finance Manager/Financial Analyst/Relationship manager in financial sector etc. Both has brighter options. The choice of which one is better depends on various parameter and suitable for each individual. Example - CA Job gives more salary but Independence

 and flexibility would be less whereas CA practice has initially low income but later on they can earn more and they can enjoy lot independence and flexibly in the way they work. Opportunity for practice would be there even in districts and big towns but job opportunity would be there only in Cities. In job retirement would be there but in practice there won't be any retirement. Practice is closely governed by ICAI regulations where CA in job has less restrictions from ICAI in term of governing rules and regulations.
